The Fine Print
All photo packages include horizontal and vertical images. Vertical images are shot at our discretion and are only not utilized if specified by the customer. If any requests are not discussed before the day of the scheduled appointment then a reshoot fee will be charged to the client for any necessary revisits. It is up to the customer to let us know if they have any special requests or extenuating circumstances.
Please make sure your property is photo ready before we arrive. Staging services are not included! An “inconvenience charge” will be applied to any booking that was unprepared before our arrival or to any appointment canceled within 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
According to NC Dept of Revenue bulletin 23-1, digital photography and video services are taxable. Please add 6.75% sales tax to the above prices for an accurate final cost.
